About the Role

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Liner’s growth in the U.S. market. This role is an opportunity to shape and expand Liner’s partnerships in the U.S. market, working cross-functionally to drive impactful collaborations, enhance our go-to-market strategies, and drive user growth. Your work will directly influence Liner’s ability to connect with millions of users, unlock new growth opportunities, and reinforce our position as a trusted AI-powered research tool..


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and Execute Partnership Roadmap:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for the U.S. market, including co-marketing initiatives and the establishment of a scalable Partners Program. Identify and create new go-to-market opportunities to complement and enhance Liner’s business model.
  • Build and Nurture Strategic Relationships:
  • Forge joint value propositions with partners, executing co-sell campaigns and negotiating impactful agreements to unlock growth opportunities. Cultivate long-term partnerships that drive shared success and sustained business value.
  • Lead Joint GTM Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint GTM plans, incorporating product co-development, demand-generation campaigns, and customer engagement strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Optimize Partnership Performance:
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure partnership success. Analyze metrics to refine strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing ROI.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Success:
  • Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market functions to coordinate seamless launches of products, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Ahead with Market Insights:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to identify innovative partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge for Liner.
  • Empower Partner Success:
  • Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and integrate Liner, ensuring mutual growth and adoption.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6+ years in strategic partnerships, alliances, or a related field, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion as core skill sets.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Strong foundation in business strategy, negotiation, and market analysis.
  • A proven track record of independently driving partnership strategy development, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Exceptional ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, from practitioners to executives.
  • A bias for action and comfort with iterative decision-making, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in leveraging partnerships to drive significant user acquisition and retention in the consumer sector.
  • Hands-on experience with data licensing deals, including structuring and negotiation.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and craft innovative strategies for growth.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a demonstrated ability to adapt and deliver results under pressure.
  • Bilingual fluency in Korean and English, enabling seamless collaboration with global and local partners.
