We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape and oversee the messaging and positioning of our products, ensuring they resonate deeply with our target users.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging based on user insights, across all marketing channels, including PR, social media, blog posts, paid campaigns, and more.
  • Conduct in-depth customer research to gain a comprehensive understanding of our target audience, including their needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Create compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of our products to students and researchers, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates to maximize adoption and awareness.
  • Work closely with the Product team to advocate for customer needs and ensure new features address market demands.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles, ideally within B2C technology, SaaS, or AI industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer research methods and market analysis techniques.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, PR, paid media, and content.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across teams including Product, PR, and Creative.
